Transcript Fee Increase - Effective July 1, 2016:
Please be advised that effective July 1, 2016 all transcript requests and education verifications will be increased to $5.00. Be reminded that we DO NOT take requests over the phone or by fax without prior payment. You will be required to send in a transcript request and authorization form and a $5.00 company check or money order for each transcript, made payable to Gates County High School. You may send in your company’s request form or access our form via our website at http://coserver.gates.k12.nc.us/site/Default.aspx?PageID=1095. Please mail the request to the address listed on our transcript form. Please note transcripts are free for 365 days after a student’s graduation date. We look forward to your cooperation in the process.
