    GATES COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION

    Public Notice of School Board Meeting

    The Gates County Board of Education will have a Special Called Meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025, via Zoom to discuss the daycare. The Board will hold a Closed Session at 10:00 a.m. to discuss one or more confidential personnel matters, as allowed by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6).  The open session will immediately follow the Closed Session.

    All meetings of the Board of Education are open to the public except for Closed Sessions in accordance with the North Carolina Open Meetings law. 

    There will be no public comments during the Special Called Meeting.
