6th Grade Health and Physical Education

Welcome to 6th Grade! My name is Abby Parker. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Chowan University. I have 6 years of teaching under my belt, where I taught at Bertie Middle School in Bertie County and East Wake Middle School in Wake County. In 2018, I did leave teaching to continue education, but unfortunately, Covid happened and changed my path. I spent the past 2 years working at Easterseals in Ahoskie, where I worked with kids and adults with disabilities. Working at Easterseals led me back to my teaching route and now, I am excited to be a Viking!

Coaching Background: 8 years of coaching volleyball, 7 years of coaching softball and 1 year of coaching girls soccer.

Life Happens: I am getting married October 21, 2023! So a name change will be coming! :)
