I am originally from Ahoskie, NC. I currently live in Murfreesboro, NC with my husband, Mike, and son, Chase. He is a sophomore at East Carolina University. I have been teaching since 1994. I am a graduate of Chowan College with a B. S. Degree in Elementary Education. I believe teaching is a partnership between teachers and parents.
