For privacy reasons, we DO NOT take requests over the phone or by fax. All requests made must be via a signed release form and accompanied by a $5.00 fee. You may pay by cash, company check, or money order for each request. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Gates County High School. You may send in your company's request form or access our form on our website at https://coserver.gates.k12.
