My daily plans consist of ensuring every student have access to the school counseling and guidance program. I support parents and guardians for our students social/career/emotional goals and learning adventures. My plans are to promote a positive team affect with our staff as we address our students' academic needs. Also, my plans consist of setting goals with our Principal to develop and implement a school counseling and guidance plan to promote overall student success.

Specifically, more of my plans include individual and small group counseling and classroom guidance lessons during CMS time. During classroom guidance we will discuss the character trait of the month congruent with the character education pillars where each student is given the time to reflect and respond with ways of using the character trait while in school and in their everyday life.

In addition to my counseling services, I serve on the Child Study Team, PBIS Team, School Improvement Team, Attendance Team and I serve as the 504 Coordinator, SEFEL Team, EL Coordinator and BETA Club Sponsor.

My personal motto is: Smile, it is free. Be happy, life is good!
